Should I patch test before using a new product?
Yes, we recommend applying a small amount to the inside of your forearm and waiting 24 hours before using any new skincare product on your face, especially if you have sensitive skin.
Are Enrichment products cruelty-free?
Yes, every Enrichment formula is cruelty-free and never tested on animals. Vegan status varies by formula, so check the badges on each product page.
How much does delivery cost, and how long does it take?
Free UK delivery on orders of £50 or more, after any discounts. See our Delivery page for full pricing and timing.
What's your returns policy?
Unopened, unwanted items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on opened or used products. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
