Why It Works

The Illuminating Duo pairs two serums that come at an even-looking, brighter complexion from different directions. The Murumuru Illuminating Serum combines alpha-arbutin and Bidens Pilosa extract with sodium PCA and hyaluronic acid in a silky murumuru butter base. The Vitamin C Ferulic Antioxidant Serum is built on vitamin C and ferulic acid, with jojoba and sea buckthorn oils and hyaluronic acid to keep it comfortable on skin. Used together, they help skin look brighter and more even.

Both serums are morning steps, so they slot into one simple routine: cleanse, apply the two serums, then finish with moisturiser and SPF. Each is a full-size 30ml serum, and both are Ecocert COSMOS Natural certified.

    A gentle brightening ingredient, made in the lab as a form of arbutin (the naturally occurring form, beta-arbutin, is found in bearberry leaves), used to help skin look more even, with results that build over weeks.

  • Vitamin C

    A stable, water-soluble derivative of vitamin C (Ascorbyl Glucoside) that converts to active ascorbic acid once on skin, valued for antioxidant support and improved stability over less stable vitamin C forms.

  • Ferulic Acid

    A plant antioxidant found naturally in rice bran, often paired with vitamin C and studied for a less dull, more even-looking tone.

  • Hyaluronic Acid
