Enrichment Rewards Terms & Conditions

Last updated 6 October 2026. These terms apply to the Enrichment Rewards programme and sit alongside our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Membership

Enrichment Rewards is automatically available to anyone with an Enrichment account. There is no separate sign-up step. Creating an account (or placing an order as a guest and later registering) makes you a member from that point on. Membership is limited to one account per person; we reserve the right to close duplicate or fraudulently created accounts and withhold or reclaim any points or rewards associated with them.

Enrichment Rewards is entirely separate from marketing email/SMS subscriptions. Joining the programme does not opt you into marketing communications, and subscribing to marketing communications does not enrol you in the programme. Each is a distinct, independent choice, and you can opt into or out of either at any time.

2. Earning points

You earn 1 point for every £1 (or local currency equivalent) spent on qualifying orders, credited once your order is paid. Points are calculated on the order subtotal, including VAT, after any discounts (including a redeemed reward) have been applied and excluding shipping. If an order is later refunded, the points earned on that order are deducted from your balance; if a refund would take your balance below zero, your balance is set to zero. If an order you paid for partly with a redeemed reward is refunded, in full or in part, we return the matching share of the points you spent on that reward to your balance.

You also earn a one-off 50-point welcome bonus, credited when your account is created.

3. Redeeming points

Every 100 points can be redeemed for £5 off a future order. You choose how many points to redeem, in multiples of 100 up to your full balance, and each redemption creates a single discount code (for example, redeeming 200 points gives you one £10 code).

Redemption codes are single-use and tied to your account. Once generated, a code remains valid for 30 days. If it isn't used within that window, it expires automatically and the points are returned to your balance in full, so you don't lose them for not using a code in time.

4. Referring a friend

Share your personal referral link or code with a friend. When they place their first order with Enrichment, you both receive 200 points. Referral rewards are credited 30 days after your friend's qualifying order, once that order is past our returns window.

Referral rewards are limited to 10 per rolling 30-day period per member. Referring yourself, or attempting to claim a referral reward using a second account you control, is not permitted; we may withhold, reverse, or reclaim points from any referral we reasonably believe is fraudulent or abusive. If a friend's qualifying order is later refunded or cancelled, the associated referral reward is reversed; if that would take a balance below zero, the balance is set to zero.

5. Birthday reward

Add your birthday to your account (via the Enrichment Rewards page) to receive 20 points instantly, plus a birthday reward voucher every year on your birthday (equivalent in value to 50 points at our standard redemption rate). Each birthday voucher is valid for 30 days. This is optional and can be added or corrected at any time from your account.

6. Points expiry

Your points balance expires after 12 months without any new points-earning activity. We'll email you a reminder around 30 days before this happens. Placing a qualifying order, or otherwise earning points, resets the 12-month clock. Redeeming points also counts as activity and keeps your balance active.

7. General

• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred between accounts, or redeemed for cash.
• We may change the earning rate, redemption value, bonus amounts, or any other aspect of the programme, or end it altogether, with reasonable notice where changes materially affect existing points balances.
• We may suspend or close an account's participation in Enrichment Rewards, and withhold or reclaim points or rewards, in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
