How soon will my skin feel smoother?
Smoothness builds progressively with regular use rather than instantly. We can't put a fixed number of weeks on it; using it once or twice a week, consistently, is what makes the difference.
Can I use this if I have sensitive skin?
It's not recommended for very sensitive skin. At 10% lactic acid this is a leave-on exfoliating concentrate, better suited to skin that is already used to AHAs.
Can I combine this with other actives in my routine?
Use it in the evening after cleansing and toner, before moisturiser. Avoid using it on the same night as other exfoliating acids or strong actives, and always wear SPF the next morning, as AHAs can make skin more sensitive to the sun.
How often should I use it?
Once or twice a week in the evening. It's designed as a concentrate, not a nightly step. Build up gradually, and stop using it if your skin feels uncomfortable.
Should I patch test before using a new product?
Yes. Before using any new product, apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours, especially if your skin is sensitive.

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery is free on orders of £50 or more after discounts, otherwise it's £4.99, and usually arrives within 4 to 7 business days of dispatch.
