Is this suitable for sensitive skin?
It's made for dry, rough body skin, with urea and panthenol to help it hold on to moisture. If your skin is sensitive, we'd always suggest a patch test first.
Can I use this on my face as well as my body?
This cream is formulated for the body – for very dry or rough patches on the face, we'd recommend a dedicated facial moisturiser instead.
How often should I use it?
Morning and evening on dry or rough areas, or as often as needed.
Can I use it on rough patches like elbows and heels?
Yes – urea and panthenol work well on rough, hardened areas such as elbows, knees, and heels, providing intense hydration and smoothing.
Should I patch test before using a new product?
Yes. Before using any new product, apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours, especially if your skin is sensitive.

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery is free on orders of £50 or more after discounts, otherwise it's £4.99, and usually arrives within 4 to 7 business days of dispatch. If you change your mind, unopened items can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on opened products unless they're faulty.
