How often should I use this scrub?
Use it 2 to 3 times per week on damp skin. It's a physical exfoliant, so more frequent use isn't necessary and can be counterproductive on skin.
What does "volcanic minerals" actually mean?
The formula contains fine volcanic sand. Its natural granules give a smooth, controlled polish that lifts away dry, dull-looking surface skin. Massage gently and avoid broken or irritated skin.
Can I use this on my face as well as my body?
Yes – it's formulated as a face and body exfoliator suitable for all skin types, though rough or uneven texture on the body will show the most noticeable difference.
Will it feel harsh or scratchy?
No. Castor oil is blended in alongside the mineral granules, so the exfoliation stays smooth and controlled rather than sharp, and skin is left conditioned rather than stripped.
What should I use afterwards?
Rinse thoroughly, then follow with a body serum or oil while skin is still slightly damp to help lock in moisture.
Should I patch test before using a new product?
Yes. Before using any new product, apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours, especially if your skin is sensitive.
