Do I need to rinse this off?
No – it's a leave-on micellar water. Saturate a cotton pad, sweep it over the face and eyes, and there's nothing more to do. No water or rinsing required.
Can I use this around my eyes?
Yes – the formula is gentle enough to sweep across the eyes and lips as well as the rest of the face, so it can remove eye makeup at the same time.
Is this suitable for sensitive skin?
It's gentle enough for daily use on any skin type, with camomile and linden flower extracts. If your skin is sensitive, we'd always suggest a patch test first.
Should I use this instead of my regular cleanser, or alongside it?
Either – use it alone for a light, refreshing cleanse, or as a first cleanse to remove makeup and SPF before a second, deeper cleanse.
How does a micellar water actually work?
Tiny micelle clusters attract oil, makeup and impurities and lift them away on the cotton pad, which is why no rinsing is needed.
Should I patch test before using a new product?
Yes. Before using any new product, apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours, especially if your skin is sensitive.

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery is free on orders of £50 or more after discounts, otherwise it's £4.99, and usually arrives within 4 to 7 business days of dispatch. If you change your mind, unopened items can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on opened products unless they're faulty.
