It's made for people who like the idea of retinol but want a different approach: bidens pilosa extract is a plant-derived alternative in a nourishing cream. It isn't retinol and won't behave exactly like it. If your skin is sensitive, or retinol has bothered your skin before, we'd always suggest a patch test first.
What should I use this with?

Should I patch test before using a new product?
Yes. Before using any new product, apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours, especially if your skin is sensitive.
